What does The Credit Check (Consumer Credit Report) Provide? | |
The Credit Check is commonly used as part of determining one's credit worthiness or financial history. Information is collected from all three of the major credit bureaus (Experien, Equifax and Trans Union) to provide a comprehensive overview of a person credit history. A consumer credit report is a factual record of a person's credit activities. It reports all of their credit accounts and outstanding loans, the balances owed on credit cards and loans, and bill paying history. Lenders are permitted by credit report laws to check a person's credit report and review it in order to determine whether or not to grant credit to that individual. FCRA Form will need to be filled out. |
